All Ambient Lounge® interior fabrics are of the highest quality and designed for long-lasting use when properly cared for. Please find some helpful care guidelines below:

Care Tips:
If a thread from the open-weave fabric becomes loose, simply trim it—do not pull it. Dust can be easily removed using a handheld vacuum with the appropriate attachment. Please avoid harsh brushing and contact with sharp objects (such as rings, buckles, or toys), as these may cause snagging.

To maintain the colour and quality of your furniture, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. For safety, we recommend placing your furniture at least 50 cm away from any heat source.

During the first 3–6 months of use, the bead filling may settle slightly and require a top-up. This is a normal process and helps maintain optimal comfort. For best results, we recommend using high-quality refill beads such as our Ultra-Bead.

Please note that armrests and backrests are not designed to support full seating weight. For optimal longevity, we recommend using the furniture as intended. To keep your piece looking its best, gently shake and plump it after use to help the filling and fabric maintain their original shape.

Washing & Cleaning:
All interior fabric covers are suitable for machine washing (warm) or hand washing in cold or lukewarm water. Always line dry after washing. Before cleaning, please remove the bead filling using the Funnelweb® system and refill once dry.

For everyday care, most stains and marks can be spot-cleaned using warm water or a high-quality fabric cleaning kit. The use of fabric protection products, such as 3M Scotchgard™, is also recommended.

Repairs & Warranty:
While our products are designed for durability, occasional issues may arise over time. In the event of seam separation or fabric damage under normal use, please contact our team to check warranty eligibility. You may email us with photos of the issue along with proof of purchase at info@ambientlounge.eu. (Most small faults or tears are also easily repairable)

SoLuxe is a harmonious blend of crushed recycled foam & poly bead to create a 50/50 balanced filling solution. It is a combination of crushed recycled foam & high-density poly bead mix.

Air pockets surround each area internally creating resistance to settling. We source high-quality & hypoallergenic foam offcuts from the furniture & mattress industry reducing extra landfill.

Foam from existing products is recycled & crushed to create our SoLuxe filling solution. This reduces the amount of plastic that goes into our products. Foam has pockets of air between each layer, creating bounce & structure. With this innovation, the bean bag filling does not compress easily unlike Poly bead does.
