Care Tips:

If your open weave fabric thread becomes loose, simply cut it off—do not pull it. Dust is best removed using a hand vacuum with the appropriate attachment. Avoid harsh brushing and sharp objects (rings, buckles, toys), as these may cause snagging of threads.

To help prevent fading, it is best not to expose your bean bag to direct sunlight. For safety, your furniture should be placed at least 50cm away from any heat source.

During the first 3–6 months, the bead filling/padding will compress slightly and may require topping up. This is considered normal wear and a good reason to use high-quality beads such as our Ultra-Bead.

As tempting as it may be, armrests and backrests are not designed to take seating weight, so please try to sit as conventionally as possible.

To keep your bean bag furniture looking its best, we recommend plumping and shaking it after use to help the bead filling and fabric return to their original shape.

Washing & Cleaning:
The good news is that all of our interior fabric covers are suitable for machine or hand washing in cold or lukewarm water. Please always line dry after washing. Decant the beads using the Funnelweb system before washing and refill afterwards.

For easier maintenance, most stains and marks can be spot cleaned using warm water or a high-quality fabric cleaning kit. Fabric protection treatments are also recommended, such as 3M Scotchgard.

Repairs and Warranty:
Like anything in life, issues can occasionally occur. If seam splits or tearing happen with reasonable use over time, please contact our team to check if this is covered under your statutory warranty.

Foam from existing products is recycled & crushed to create our SoLuxe filling solution. This reduces the amount of plastic that goes into our products. Foam has pockets of air between each layer, creating bounce & structure. With this innovation, the bean bag filling does not compress easily unlike Poly bead does.
